For the second year in a row, WonderCon, typically held as an in-person event in Anaheim, will be a virtual event due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Among the event’s festivities will be virtual panels for all to attend, and today Dark Horse Comics has announced, exclusively via The Beat, their panel schedule for this year’s WonderCon. Along with the schedule, Dark Horse has also unveiled a new piece of pin-up art to accompany the event..

Dark Horse’s WonderCon schedule includes a single panel that spotlights the recently-announced deal between Dark Horse and YouNeek Studios. Available to view on Saturday, March 27th at 3PM Pacific, the panel is entitled “Creating African Superheroes For A Global Audience with YouNeek Studios and Dark Horse Comics”. Here’s how the publisher describes the panel, as well as the pin-up art of YouNeek character Malika by Sunkanmi Akinboye:

Once the three initial YouNeek titles have been rereleased this fall, new books set in the YouNiverse will be released in 2022.
