I’ve been a big fan of Vault Comic’s Barbaric from the start. There is always something endearing about a loud-mouthed cursed item, and the person who is forced to wield it. When I heard about Queen of Swords, I was just as excited because I felt like we were going to get another fun book with a slightly different tone, but just as much fantasy and fun as we got in Barbaric. I’ve read issue one of Queen of Swords and I can honestly say I may actually like it even better than Barbaric, and that’s saying a lot!
